Abstract: Heart Rate Variability, Trunk Control, Depression. Post-stroke patients have problems in controlling the trunk and psychological (depression). Physical exercise and stress management techniques can increase HRV and presumably reduce depression. HRV indicates the balance of the autonomic nervous system that contribute to the healing process of disruption of nerve cells in the brain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of synergy neurorehabilitation with aerobic exercise and stress management to the Heart Rate Variability (HRV), level of depression and trunk control in the stroke patients. Research carried out by quasi-experiment design with control group pretest-post test design. The study population was patients with post-stroke who live in District Ngemplak, Boyolali. Sampling using quota sampling with a sample size of 30 peoples. Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment, paired t-test and ANOVA using SPSS version 16.0. The majority of patients with post-stroke were male (70%), impaired trunk control (mean = 11.83), at the level of mild depression (mean = 14.43) and had an average low HRV (mean = 0.052). Results of paired t-test analysis of the HRV, the ability of trunk control and BDI scores indicate p-value = 0.001. Correlation of HRV on the ability of trunk control and BDI scores indicate p-value = 0.000 and 0.000. Results of analysis of variance showed neurorehabilitation with moderate intensity aerobic exercise gives more significant changes to the TIS score, HRV and BDI (p-value = 0.002). Synergy neurorehabilitation with moderate intensity aerobic exercise provides more significant change in the increase in heart rate variability (HRV), trunk control and decreases the level of post-stroke depression patients
