To determine the effect of Pineapple juice TFU Against Decline Accelerated Wound Healing And Mother perinium Post Partum In 5 BPM Klaten regency. A case control study design comparison group. Data analysis technique used is a parametric statistical test with an independent t-test (independent sample t-test). Average speed and velocity decrease TFU perineal wound healing in post partum mothers in the treatment group who consumed a 300 ml pineapple juice (2x150ml) is 9.10 and 3.74 per day for 7 days. Results of Independent Sample t-test test TFU decline and perineal wound healing tcount scored 6,608 with probability (p) = 0.000. There is a pineapple juice effect on accelerating decline in TFU and perineal wound healing in post partum mothers
