Abstract: Counseling On Nutrition, Leaflets, Change, Knowledge, Attitude, Toddler Nutritional. Nutrition education crucial role in efforts to improve public nutrition, especially to improve nutrition among children under five. Mother is the main target of the right to family nutrition education for mothers are the decision makers in determining family makann menu (Sayogya, 1994). Family and community nutrition education can be done in various ways, including by counseling on nutrition and relevant training such as training Nutrition Aware Family. This research is a quasi experimental design with Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. Statistical analysis to compare the level of knowledge and attitude of mothers between the treatment group and the control group of non-parametric test with Mann Whitney. As for knowing the difference nutritional status of children aged 2-5 years between the treatment group and the control group after 2 months of using test Independent t-test. The results of the study, indicating that the statistical test by Mann-Whitney obtained by value p = 0.043 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the results of post-test attitude of mothers in the control group and the test group treated with independent t-test showed that there is a difference nutritional status of children after receiving treatment in the control group and the treatment group gained 0.000 value of <0.05. There is a significant difference in the results of post-test attitude of mothers in the control group and the test group treated with independent t-test showed that there are differences in nutritional status after receiving treatment in the control group and the treatment group. To increase public knowledge not only with counseling alone, but there should be more interactive methods in order to better people's participation so that it will also increase the public's understanding of an object.
