KEMAMPUAN PHONOLOGICAL SENSITIVITY PADA ANAK TK DI SEKOLAH FAVORIT DAN NON-FAVORIT

Abstract: Language, Phonological, kindergarten. This study was conducted to determine differences in phonological abilities kindergartners at school favorites and non-favorites in Surakarta. Methods Participants were recruited both kindergarten amounted to 30 children. Both groups were given tests phonological sensitivity had previously tested reliability. The results showed no differences between kindergarten phonological ability Favorite and Non-Favorite by comparison p value 0.000 < 0.05. The average value of phonological favorite kindergartner higher than non-favorite kindergarten children. Thus, the elements supporting learning in kindergarten, the curriculum is implemented, as well as the quality and quantity of human resources affect the ability of the students in the stage of language acquisition, especially in the stage of phonological processes.

Abstrak: Bahasa, Fonologi, Taman Kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan phonological anak TK pada sekolah favorit dan non-favorit di Surakarta. Metode Partisipan direkrut kedua Taman Kanak-kanak masing-masing berjumlah 30 anak. Kedua kelompok diberikan tes phonological sensitivity yang sebelumnya telah diuji reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan kemampuan phonological antara TK Favorit dan Non-Favorit dengan perbandingan p value 0,000< 0,05. Nilai rata-rata phonological anak TK favorit lebih tinggi daripada anak TK non-favorit. Dengan demikian, unsur-unsur penunjang pembelajaran di TK, kurikulum yang diterapkan, serta kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia mempengaruhi kemampuan anak didik dalam tahap akuisisi bahasanya, terutama di tahap proses fonologinya.
