Abstrack: ISO, implementation, application of the results. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the implementation of the ISO 9001-2008 management which include: how the framework of the implementation of ISO management system, what the results of such implementation, the extent to which the implementation of ISO management, as well as what obstacles encountered and what hope in overcoming these obstacles. This type of research method is case study research, Qualitative approaches to data retrieval techniques using documentation studies, in-depth interviews and focus groups, while the informant research is structural officials, professors and employees.With use triangulation to increase the degree of confidence of the data. The results framework of the implementation of ISO management system has performed well related to management responsibilities, compliance documentation aspect, the aspect of resource management and personnel aspects of the implementation process, as well as aspects of the measurement analysis and improvement. The fifth aspect has been done to meet the processes involved in the implementation of ISO management, but there are still weaknesses that need to be fixed is the lack of human resources, socialization down, the guidance in the implementation and delivery of reward. The results of the application of ISO management system brings the benefits of the improved quality, increased vasilitas and services. While the application of the quality management system is merely achieve prestige, not to the ongoing success, and still no problems were encountered due to lack of human resources, lack of socialization, the budget and the need for the reward. Abstrak: ISO, Implementasi, penerapan hasil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pelaksanaan manajemen ISO 9001-2008 yang meliputi: bagaimana kerangka sistem penerapan manajemen ISO, apa hasil penerapan tersebut, sampai sejauh mana penerapan manajemen ISO tersebut, serta apa kendala yang terjadi serta apa harapan dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, dengan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan tehnik pengambilan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam serta diskusi kelompok terarah, sedangkan informan penelitian ini adalah para pejabat stuktural, dosen dan karyawan.dengan menggunakan trianggulasi untuk meningkatkan derajat kepercayaan data. Hasil penelitian penerapan kerangka system manajemen ISO sudah dilakukan dengan baik yang berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab manajemen, pemenuhan aspek dokumentasi, aspek pengelolaan sumberdaya dan personil, aspek proses implementasi, serta aspek pengukuran analisa dan peningkatan. kelima aspek tersebut telah dilakukan untuk memenuhi proses yang dibutuhkan dalam implementasi Manajemen ISO, akan tetapi masih ada kelemahan yang perlu diperbaiki yaitu masalah kurangnya SDM, sosialisasi kebawah, bimbingan dalam implementasi dan pemberian reward. Hasil penerapan manajemen ISO membawa manfaat terhadap peningkatan system mutu, peningkatan vasilitas dan layanan. Sedangkan penerapan system manajemen mutu baru sebatas mencapai prestise, belum sampai pada sukses yang berkelanjutan, dan masih ada kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan kurangnya SDM, kurang sosialisasi, anggaran serta perlunya pemberian reward.
