PENGARUH PIJAT OKSITOSIN TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI IBU POSTPARTUM DI BPM WILAYAH KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstrack: Oxytocin Massage, Infant Weight, Exclusive Breastfeeding. Indonesian Survey in 2010 showed that only 33.6 % baby in Indonesia who are breastfeed exclusively, the meaning that there are still about 2/3 of babies in Indonesia who less likely to get breast milk. Breast feeding is one important pillars for babies because breast milk is the best nutrition for newborn up to 6 months old. Klaten district achieved the highest rate of exclusively breastfeeding in Indonesia. This is the evidence that the local government have a good commitment to make the breastfeeding exclusive program successful. This research was a quasi experimental design with pre and post test. The sampling techniques with non probability , data was analyzed with friedman test and followed by wilcoxon test. The independent variable was postpartum mother and dependent variable was the production of milk with the indicators were baby weigh, the frequency of urinary, frequency of breastfeeding and the duration of sleep after the baby breastfeeding. Instrument was using questionaire,observation sheet and scale. The result showed all the babies were delivered vaginally with average birth weight was 3070 gram, the average of urinary was 5 times and the average of breastfeeding was 8 times and the duration of sleep after breastfeeding was 2.17 hours on the first day of newborn . All indicators above was increased during the 7th and 14th days of born. The result of bivariat analysis showed there are the difference of weight with p value: 0.001, the difference of frequency of urinary with p value : 0.001, the difference of frequency of breastfeeding babies with p value: 0.001 and there are no significance in the duration of sleep after breastfeeding with p value ; 0.001. It can be concluded that oxytocin massage affects on breast milk production with the indication of the baby weight, frequency of urinary, frequency of breastfeeding babies and the duration of sleep after breast feeding.

Abstrak: Pijat oxytosin, berat badan bayi, ASI ekslusif. Data Susenas 2010 menunjukkan bahwa baru 33.6% bayi di Indonesia yang mendapat ASI eklusif , artinya masih ada sekitar 2/3 bayi di Indonesia yang kurang mendapatkan ASI. Pemberian ASI merupakan salah satu pilar yang penting untuk kesehatan bayi karena ASI merupakan nutrisi yang paling tepat untuk bayi baru lahir sampai minimal bayi berusia 6 bulan. Kabupaten Klaten berhasil meraih angka kecukupan ASI Ekslusif tertinggi se-Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan salah satu bukti nyata komitmen pemerintah daerah yang kuat untuk mensukseskan program ASI eklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pre and post test dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non proabability sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji friedman dan dilanjutkan dengan uji wilcoxon. Variable independent adalah ibu postpartum dengan intervensi pijat oxytosin dan variable dependent adalah produksi ASI dengan indikator berat badan, frekwensi bayi BAK, frekwensi bayi menyusu dalam sehari dan lama tidur bayi setelah menyusu. Instrument yang digunakan adalah checklist dan lembar observasi serta timbangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua bayi dilahirkan secara normal dengan berat badan bayi rata rata adalah 3070 grm , rata rata frekwensi BAK 5 kali pada hari pertama,,rata rata frekwensi menyusu bayi pada 24 jam pertama 8 kali, dan lama bayi menyusu 2.17 jam pada hari pertama.Semua indicator diatas meningkat baik pada hari ke 7 dan 14. Hasil Analisa bivariat menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata rata berat badan bayi dengan p value : 0.001 ,ada perbedaan frekwensi BAK yang bermakna dengan p value=0,001 dan ada perbedaan frekuensi menyusu yang bermakna dengan p value=0,001 serta ada perbedaan lama tidur yang bermakna dengan p value=0,001. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pijat oxytosin terhadap produksi ASI dengan indikasi berat badan bayi, frekwensi bayi menyusu, frekwensi bayi BAK dan lama bayi tidur setelah menyusu
