Abstract: The Knowledge, Active, Healthy Behaviors. The low participation of the community to visit the IHC involves many things. Other causes of low participation of the community is the behavior of the community itself. Behavior greater role in determining the utilization of health facilities compared to the provision of health facilities. If someone knows a healthy behavior which includes on its activities will lead to the liveliness of the mother optimal in Posyandu the IHC coral is Posyandu the number of babies compared with Posyandu others in Posyandu Gemblekan, and the level of activity of mothers and children come to Posyandu is still low, about 75 of the 95 children enrolled in the IHC Gemblekan. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Results enough knowledge of healthy behavior (52.0%), and liveliness to Posyandu enough (58.0%)
