Abstract: Elastic Corset, degree progression Pain, Low Back Pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of elastic corset to the degree of pain reduction in patients with Low Back Pain (LBP). Design used by true experimental approach to two groups pre and post test in patients with low back pain using statistical tests Shapiro-Wilk test results indicate that lumbar elastic corset effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients with Low Back Pain. Abstrak: Elastic Corset, Progresivitas Derajat Nyeri, Low Back Pain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian elastic corset terhadap penurunan derajat nyeri pada penderita Low Back Pain (LBP). Desain yang digunakan dengan true experimental dengan pendekatan two groups pre and post test pada pasien low back pain menggunakan uji statistik Uji Shapiro-Wilk Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa elastis lumbal corset efektif menurunkan derajat nyeri pada pasien Low Back Pain.
