Abstract: Long Learning Practices, Exposure to Dust, Pulmonary Function. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of time to practice learning laboratory for students of Department of pulmonary function prosthetic orthotic. The study was conducted by observing a cross-sectional analytic approach (cross-sectional). This study population is students of Department of OP, as many as 47 students study subjects, the determination of the total population sample or sampling saturated. The statistical test used in this study is the Anova test followed by the Tukey Post Hoc test for the variable percentage of FEV1 (normal data distribution). The results of this study showed a significant difference in FEV1 between the student level I (second semester) and level II (semester IV) and level I and level III (VI semesters) with a Ï value of 0.00 (Ï <0.05).

Abstrak: Lama Pembelajaran Praktik, Paparan Debu, Fungsi Paru. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama pembelajaran praktik laboratorium terhadap fungsi paru mahasiswa Jurusan Ortotik Prostetik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional). Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan OP, subyek penelitian sebanyak 47 mahasiswa, penentuan sampel secara total populasi atau sampling jenuh. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji Anova yang diteruskan dengan uji Post Hoc dengan Tukey untuk variabel persentase FEV1 (distribusi data normal). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan nilai FEV1 antara mahasiswa tingkat I (semester II) dan tingkat II (semester IV) maupun tingkat I dan tingkat III (semester VI) dengan nilai Ï sebesar 0,00 (Ï <0.05)
