PENURUNAN DERAJAT NYERI MENGGUNAKAN COLLAR PADA KASUS CERVICAL CYNDROME

Abstract: The decline in the degree of pain, soft collar, cervical cyndrome. The general objective of this study was to determine the effect of the use of the collar to the degree of pain reduction in patients with cervical syndrome. The research method of this study is to use a type of Pre and Post Test Design. The research was conducted in the district of Karanganyar. This study analyzes using paired t test trials. Research results from different test pre test obtained by unpaired t test t = 0.903 with p = 0.379 where P> 0.05, which means there is no significant difference between the treatment and control groups. It can be assumed that the two groups of the same potential or homogeneous. Different test post-test of unpaired t test t = 16 417 obtained with p = 0.000 where P <0.05, which means that there are significant differences between the treatment and control groups.

Abstrak: Penurunan derajat nyeri, soft collar, cervical cyndrome. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan collar terhadap penurunan derajat nyeri pada penderita Cervical syndrome. Metode Penelitian jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Pre and Post Test Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kabupaten Karanganyar. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji paired t test. Hasil Penelitian uji beda pre test dari uji t tidak berpasangan diperoleh t hitung = 0.903 dengan nilai p = 0.379 dimana p>0.05, yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control. Hal ini dapat diasumsikan bahwa kedua kelompok dari potensi yang sama atau homogen. Uji beda post test dari uji t tidak berpasangan diperoleh t hitung = 16.417 dengan nilai p = 0.000 dimana p<0.05, yang berarti ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control.
